Another demanding contract for the Roof/Facade department: Over 5,200 m² of flat roofing were renovated in Halls 1 and 2 of the Kruschitz company – all while production operations continued.

Particular challenges arose from working during the winter months, which placed high demands on planning, execution, and weather management.

In spring 2019, we undertook the roof and facade work for the Varga family residence. The project was completed within a short construction period and required precise coordination with the private clients.

The roof and facade elements for the new Althofen Diagnostic Center building were implemented in the fall of 2019. The project was characterized by the precise execution of the building envelope in a wood-hybrid construction, which placed high demands on accuracy of fit and thermal quality.

The work was carried out within a tight schedule and in close coordination with the general contractor.

A modern condominium complex, consisting of two buildings, is being constructed in Vienna-Stammersdorf, adhering to the highest environmental standards. The timber construction, designed to passive house standards, features green flat roofs.

Thanks to their water retention capacity, the green roofs help delay heat penetration – a forward-looking approach given the increasing number of hot days, especially in urban areas.
