As part of the new construction of the production and office buildings for the natural cosmetics manufacturer Ringana in St. Johann in der Haide, we were contracted for the flat roof work.

A particular challenge was posed by the effects of the first COVID-19 lockdowns, which led to delays. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our employees, all interim deadlines and the final completion date were nevertheless met.

The work performed included 12,850 m² of flat roof waterproofing on trapezoidal sheet metal and reinforced concrete ceilings, including vapor barrier, thermal insulation, roof drainage, and safety equipment for subsequent maintenance work.

For the “Kanzianschütz Parndorf” project, extensive roofing and facade work for a modern commercial building was implemented between November 2019 and April 2020. Particular focus was placed on the fast and precise installation of prefabricated elements while maintaining high architectural and energy-efficient quality.

Collaboration with the client was carried out in close logistical and schedule-based coordination.

In spring 2019, the roof and facade construction was implemented as part of an industrial building project for Duroflex in Mattersburg. The project involved precisely coordinated elements for the building envelope, which were planned in close cooperation with the client and completed on schedule.

The execution took place during ongoing production operations, which required particularly coordinated construction site logistics.

Another demanding contract for the Roof/Facade department: Over 5,200 m² of flat roofing were renovated in Halls 1 and 2 of the Kruschitz company – all while production operations continued.

Particular challenges arose from working during the winter months, which placed high demands on planning, execution, and weather management.

In spring 2019, we undertook the roof and facade work for the Varga family residence. The project was completed within a short construction period and required precise coordination with the private clients.

The roof and facade elements for the new Althofen Diagnostic Center building were implemented in the fall of 2019. The project was characterized by the precise execution of the building envelope in a wood-hybrid construction, which placed high demands on accuracy of fit and thermal quality.

The work was carried out within a tight schedule and in close coordination with the general contractor.

A modern condominium complex, consisting of two buildings, is being constructed in Vienna-Stammersdorf, adhering to the highest environmental standards. The timber construction, designed to passive house standards, features green flat roofs.

Thanks to their water retention capacity, the green roofs help delay heat penetration – a forward-looking approach given the increasing number of hot days, especially in urban areas.
