Since 2020, we have once again been manufacturing bridge center sections (BMS) as well as transformer housings for Siemens Energy. Production is carried out in accordance with EN 15085 and includes up to 10,000 individual components per system with a total weight of up to 120 metric tons.

To ensure oil-tightness, specific technical specifications must be adhered to during the manufacture of the welded structures.

The trial assembly includes the assembly of the structural steel components, the complete piping of the system, and the acceptance by Deutsche Bahn and, if applicable, by the end customer. Finally, the coating is applied according to customer specifications.
