As part of the new construction of the production and office buildings for the natural cosmetics manufacturer Ringana in St. Johann in der Haide, we were contracted for the flat roof work.

A particular challenge was posed by the effects of the first COVID-19 lockdowns, which led to delays. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our employees, all interim deadlines and the final completion date were nevertheless met.

The work performed included 12,850 m² of flat roof waterproofing on trapezoidal sheet metal and reinforced concrete ceilings, including vapor barrier, thermal insulation, roof drainage, and safety equipment for subsequent maintenance work.
