Transformer Construction

Since 2020 we started to build bridge middle parts and transformer housings again for Siemens Energy.

The BMP are manufactured according to EN 15085. Each unit contains 7000 to 10000 single parts and can reach a weight of up to 120 tons.

In the process of manufacturing, special norms must be observed to insure the oil-tightness of the welded constructions.

Besides the assembling of our own constructed parts the test assembly also includes the pipe work for the whole unit, the approval of the Deutschen Bahn and sometimes even the approval of the end costumer.

lastly, the units are coated according to costumer wishes.
