The parts, with the complete substructure, for a machine manufactured and supplied by NCA for an Austrian company will be used as parts for a Lavarge pneumatic dressing machine in a cement works.


These are pipe work and machine parts for a gross and fine dust purification machine. In total, five piping systems of 900 – 3200 mm diameters and walls 6 – 8 mm thick were manufactured; final completion will be in early summer this year (2007).


The overall length of the pipe systems is approx 150-metre run. Total production time was approx. 12,000 hours and was completed in 4 months. In this period 200 tons of special steel and 150 tons of steel were processed.
