Ferdinand bridge

For the development of the Ötztal Cycle Path a bike bridge over the Ötztaler Ache was built in Längenfeld.

Span: 65.7 m
Execution class EXC3 acc. EN 1090-2

Due to the cramped space situation on site, the bridge was completely pre-assembled on an assembly site.

Using special module transporters, the 72-tons bridge was transported to the lifting point and lifted into the final position with two mobile cranes.
